New school fees from January 2009 

 

SCHOOL FEES

School Fees for Students enrolled in K1:

For students enrolled in K1 the monthly fee is DKK 4.500,00, 11 months per year.

 

Students attending K1 may be entitled to a subsidy from their local “Kommune” (Council).  Please contact your “Kommune” and ask for a form to apply for “Fritvalgsordningen”. Complete the form and return it to your local “Kommune”. It is possible to get up to 70% in subsidies per month depending on which “Kommune” you live in. Please see the front office if you have any queries.

 

School Fees for Students enrolled in K2 – Grade 10:

For students in K2 to grade 10 the monthly fee is:

1st child                      DKK 1.890,00, 11 months per year

2nd child                      DKK 1.490,00, 11 months per year

3rd child                      DKK    990,00, 11 months per year

4th child                      Free

 

Payment:

Please pay the fees monthly, by the first of the month and in advance, using the convenient PBS system, ask at your bank for details.

 Late Payment:

Payments must be made by the first of the month and in advance. Any payments received later than the due date will be subject to a DKK 100 late fee for each month late.

 

Deposit:

All students must pay a DKK 3.000 deposit upon being accepted at HIS. The deposit will be refunded when the student leaves the school and all books and materials supplied have been handed back.

 

If a student was enrolled and has not started at HIS by the end of August the deposit will NOT be returned.

CPR Number:

All students who are legally registered in Denmark and physically attending the school must have received a CPR number by the end of August at the latest in order to

meet Danish Government requirements.
